Return Eligibility
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition with all packaging intact. We cannot accept returns on used candles, incense, or essential oils for hygiene reasons.

Return Process
1. Email us at support@inthee.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with a return shipping address.
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable service.
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business 
days.

Refunds & Store Credit
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
If preferred, we can offer store credit for future purchases. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund.
