At inthee., we take great care in crafting and packaging our products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer the following return options:
Return Eligibility
• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition with all packaging intact. • We cannot accept returns on used candles, incense, or essential oils for hygiene reasons.
Return Process
1. Email us at support@inthee.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide you with a return shipping address.
3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable service.
4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
Refunds & Store Credit
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• If preferred, we can offer store credit for future purchases.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund.
